Mr. Yoder is married to Whitney (Krost) Yoder, and they have
a son, Thayne, and a daughter, Maddie. The Yoders reside in Nappanee and have a
dog named Rory.
Mr. Yoder attended Bremen High School (1994-98); he received
his Bachelor’s degree from IUSB (1999-2003) and his Master’s from Olivet
Nazarene University (2006-2008).
He is a Social Studies teacher, department chair, and head
varsity coach of 2 sports at NorthWood High School (Girls' Golf and Girls'
Basketball) and was hired during May of 2004. He teaches dual-credit
classes in American Government and US History.
His favorite coaching memories at NorthWood include being a
part of the 2005 state football championship staff, coaching in the state
finals in track (2007, 08) and golf (2009, 13, 15, 17, 18), winning the NLC in
Girls’ Golf (2012, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) and Girls' Basketball (2015),
winning the IHSAA Warsaw Sectional in Girls' Golf in (2014, 16, 18) and
coaching under Hall of Fame Coaches Steve Neff and Rich Dodson.
