NORTHWOOD HIGH SCHOOL - MORNING ANNOUNCMENTS

- There are only 3 days left to sign up for the Run, Run, Rudolph race! The race is scheduled for the weekend of November 7. Anyone can sign up for this virtual race. To sign up go to www.wanee.org and look for the heading “Our Latest News.” Under this, there will be an announcement for the race. Just click that announcement and follow the steps there. Don’t miss out on this fun event!
- Our Jostens rep will be here on Tuesday, October 27th, during lunch hours in the North Surge to take orders which include your cap and gown.
- IU South Bend will be doing virtual onsite admissions on November 10th. There is a signup sheet in the guidance office for this.
- Students interested in joining the Science Academic Team should meet in Miss Neff’s room 710 tomorrow (Tuesday October 27th) right after school for a short informational meeting. The meeting should last around 30 minutes. Students who signed up at the Callout Meeting can check their email for more information.
- The boys cross country team wrapped up a historic season with a 13th place finish at the Semi-State Cross Country meet on Saturday. Congratulations runners on an exceptional season.
- A HUGE Congratulations to Kaitlin Burden for qualifying for the IHSAA Cross Country State Final Meet in Terre Haute next Saturday. Kaitlin is only the 3rd girl in NWXC program history to qualify for state. Kaitlin placed 24th in the IHSAA Semi State held at Huntington University on Saturday. We want to wish Kaitlin the best of luck on Saturday as she represents NorthWood High School in the state finals meet.
