NWHS Morning Announcements: Friday, Feb. 21st., 2020

=         Next Monday is the start of FFA Week. Wear your best flannel! You can buy a ticket for ice cream during lunch time in the north surge or cafeteria for only $1.

=         Students taking the ACT on Tuesday, Feb. 25th: The test will start promptly at 8 AM in room 906.  Please arrive on time as tardy students will not be allowed to test.  This is an online test, so please bring a fully charged device. 

=         This is a reminder to all National Honor Society members…please turn in your banquet money and RSVP form to Mrs. Bontrager by Tuesday, February 25th

=         FCDC Souper Bowl Work Day: If you are planning to help with FCDC Soup Bowls your permission slips need turned in today. The front doors by the athletic office will be unlocked from 10:00 – 10:20 Saturday morning for the volunteers. If you are arriving after that time Miss Emenhiser needs notified so that she can let you in. Please see Miss Emenhiser with questions! 

=         The Choir Department will present the Winter Choir Concert this Sunday, February 23 in the auditorium at 2:30 pm. Admission is free so bring your friends and come enjoy an afternoon of music!

=         Seniors participating the NorthWood Scholarship Foundation’s Phone-a-thon: earlier this week, you were sent an email w/ the link with dates & times. We have spaces available & would love your help in this fundraiser event. Remember we’ll feed you pizza and also chips & salsa (and ranch). Please stop by the office to sign up for addition times/dates with Mrs. Finney.

The following students need to stop by the Counseling Office during lunch or after school to pick up important information about next week’s ACT: Beau Stankovich, Josh Stratford, Andrea Williams, Collin Blosser, Trent Edwards, Cameron Birk, Brad Demitruk, Kyle Sellers, Halle DeMien, Amanda Foster, Tanner Feenstra, and Brittany Hershberger.
