NORTHWOOD HIGH SCHOOL - MORNING ANNOUNCMENTS

- Any student interest in joining Academic Teams this year is invited to meet in the cafeteria right after school Thursday, October 8th. This is an information, question and answer session. Information about academic teams will be share, and each coach will provide specifics on their topics of study this year. You do not need to have competed before to join. Everyone is welcome to come and find out more about academic teams. The meeting will conclude by 3:15pm.
- Be sure to get your votes in for the Homecoming King and Queen
- Any student who would like to order a music letter jacket this year can get ordering information in the Performing Arts Office. Forms and money are due Thursday, October 8. See Mrs. Pauls in the Performing Arts Office if you have questions
- It’s Want-to-Know Wednesday. Check your email and complete this week’s yearbook survey for your chance to win a treat from the yearbook staff
- Fellowship of Christian Students will be meeting the first Friday of each month this year! Our first meeting will be this Friday before school at 7:30 AM in the choir room. No need to join anything, just show up for a time of encouragement! We would love to see some new faces this year
- The boys varsity soccer team lost a hard-fought match to #2 ranked Plymouth last night 3-2. The 8th ranked Panthers will take on Bethany Christian Thursday night at home at 5 pm in their final regular season match
- Key Club will begin meeting today during homeroom. Key Club is a service club. Any student is welcome to attend the meeting
- Northwood FFA will have a meeting today during homeroom. Please make sure you bring your computers to the meeting.
- Swim and Dive Call outs are today during homeroom on the Panther pool deck. We will have important season information and dates.
- Homecoming Court Representatives and Escorts should now go to the south surge to meet with Mrs. Yoder for walkthrough
