Attention all 6th and 7th grade girls who love basketball. The Black Swish Basketball Team is hosting a four-day Spring Basketball Camp, and we would love for you to attend. Come hangout with the high school players and coaches to develop your skills, while having fun with your friends. If you would like to attend, please pick up a registration form in the main office. The RV Hall of Fame is hosting a children’s resale on March 28 and 29 with clothing, electronics, games, toys, bikes, sports equipment. and more. If you or your parents might be interested, pick up a flyer in the window of the main office.
Panther Athletic Results
The 8th grade girls played a hard-fought game in the Big 11 semifinals on Thursday, March 13, but lost to the defending Big 11 champion Schmucker 21-37.
Scoring for the Panthers were:
Lanie Yoder with 9 points, 10 rebounds, 1 steal.
Ivy Leeper with 7 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist
Harper Titus with 1 point, 4 rebounds, 1steal.
Presley Lechlitner had 4 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 assist
Payton Everingham 4 steals.
Olive Roeder had 1 rebound and 2 steals
Lily Thompson had 1 rebound
Olivia Greenlee had 1 assist
Ja' Maya has 3 rebounds,
Grace Thompson had 4 rebounds.
The NorthWood girls finish the season with a record of 11-7. Thank you, ladies, for a great season.
Congratulations to our Varsity Wrestling team who competed with all their best grit, toughness, effort, intensity, and attitude to win the Varsity Big 11 Conference Tournament on Saturday, for the fourth consecutive season! The entire team had each other’s backs all season, working through each situation, coming out on top. Their hard work and focus has paid off, and victory sure feels good!
Northwood dominated and won by 127 points over the second-place team. The top three tournament team scores are as follows.
1st Place: Northwood 393.5
2nd Place: Discovery 266.5
3rd Place: Schmucker 262.0
Our Northwood Varsity Wrestling Team finished with 6 Champions, and all 19 Northwood wrestlers earned a spot on the podium. Our team finished with 30 pins and 3 technical falls on the day. The wrestler’s placements are as follows:

Our team was undefeated for the 5th consecutive season by the record of 20-0.
They won their 5th consecutive Big 11 Conference Title.
They won their 4th consecutive Big 11 Varsity Tournament Championship.
