NORTHWOOD HIGH SCHOOL - MORNING ANNOUNCMENTS

- The Prom Club Committee will meet Wednesday, April 28th during homeroom.
- Juniors and Seniors: you can buy your Prom tickets before school in room 815 between 7:30 and 7:55 or after school in room 818 between 2:30 and 3:00. Tickets are $35 per person. The prom will take place at Riverside Terrace in Mishawaka on May 15th.
- Friday evening, the NorthWood Girls Track Team hosted the Northridge Lady Raiders in an NLC regular season meet. Northridge won the meet 80-52 after NorthWood had taken an early lead. Kady Hutsell (freshman) won the long jump in a personal best effort of 15'9.75 inches. She also placed second in the 100 and the 200. The 4 x 800 team of Kaitlin Burden, Alea Minnich, Kendal Miller, and Emilie Allen was victorious in a time of 10:51.63. Burden also won the 1600 meters (5:53.94) and Miller ran a thrilling 800 meters coming from way back to capture second place (2:40.75). Kaitlyn Chapman won discus with a throw of 81'11". NorthWood is 1-3 overall and 0-3 in NLC regular season competition. The Lady Panthers will travel to Warsaw on Tuesday, April 27 to compete with the Tigers and the Wawasee Warriors.
