Ms. Jade Sipic is the Dean of Secondary Education in the Counseling Department.  She is a graduate of NorthWood High School and earned her degree in Economics from Indiana University.  After college, she worked for the Commerce Department in Washington DC before deciding on a career change into education.  She earned her Masters degree in Secondary Math Education from Northwestern University and a Masters Degree in School Leadership from Concordia University.  She worked in the Chicago Public School system for 16 years in various capacities, including teacher, instructional coach, and principal.  In 2017, she moved back to Nappanee with her husband, Zoran, and two children, Savannah and Zach.
