Can I use my pass over Christmas break or on Fridays the club does not go?

Yes, blue snowflake punches must be used on Fridays, but the red snowflake punch can be used any day, no blackouts.

Does rental include helmets?

No, but you can rent a helmet there for $15 each time. Consider buying a helmet at Play-It-Again-Sports in Elkhart or on Amazon to save money. Wearing a helmet is strongly encouraged.

What about alternative transportation (not riding the bus)? 

All alternative transportation plans must be pre-approved. Each time alternative transportation is planned, fill out the correct form and turn it in to your club sponsor at least the day before the club leaves.

Do I need to join Remind?

Yes. It is how information, announcements and updates are communicated with club members and their parents. Both the student and their parent(s) should join. Text @nwski24 to 81010 to get signed up on Remind.

Can I bring a friend and let them use one of my passes?

Anyone participating in Ski Club must have all club forms (transportation form, emergency contact form, etc.) and the online waiver for Swiss Valley filled out. This all must be done in advance. See your club sponsor days in advance if you are planning on bringing a friend. Do NOT show up with a friend the day of a planned trip; please plan ahead.
