Please bring the following original documents when enrolling your new student:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- One form showing Proof of Residency, indicating your address within the Wa-Nee District (Possibilities may include a utility bill, mortgage, driver's license, etc.)
- Custody paperwork
- Immunization records
- If applicable: Student's Individual Education Plan (for Special Education Services), 504 Plan, or Individual Learning Plan (for English Language Learners)
If you move to a new address at any time during your child’s enrollment at Wa-Nee, it is your responsibility to inform school officials of your new address and bring proof of your new residence to the school where your child is attending.
