During the time that students are out of school they may feel anxiety and other difficult emotions around unknown factors the community is experiencing. People of all ages can benefit from developing awareness around their emotions and practicing calming strategies and other coping skills to help them become resilient. Below are some ways that you can talk to your child regarding COVID-19 as well as resources you can use to help them manage their social and emotional health during this time.

Free On-Demand Second Step Lessons (Grades K-5)
