Mrs. Kati Andrews:

I am originally from Muncie, Indiana. I graduated from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer. I have a Master’s Degree in Reading from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. This is my twelfth year teaching. I have spent the majority of my career teaching at the primary level. I spent 1 year as a high ability coordinator for grades K-6. My family and I moved to Nappanee in 2014 and are thrilled to be here.

Mrs. Ronda Harner:

I started my teaching career here in the fall of 2000. I have since taught 2nd grade and Kindergarten at Woodview and Wakarusa Elementary. I rejoined the staff at Nappanee Elementary in 2008 teaching 4th grade and moved back to teaching 2nd grade in 2017. I graduated from Indiana University of South Bend in December 1998, and received a Master's of Education degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2004.

I live in Nappanee with my husband, Josh, and our three children.

I enjoy getting to know the students each year and their families. So please, call me, email, or write a note with questions or comments. Parent communication is very important to me. Let's make it a great experience for each child, by keeping each other well informed.

Mrs. Angie Slabaugh:

I have been teaching at Nappanee Elementary since 1999. After graduating from Ball State University in 1992, I came back to my hometown of Nappanee to pursue a teaching career. I strive to provide a safe and caring classroom environment where all students can be successful. Incorporated into our daily activities are teachings from our Language and Literacy Framework which include Writing Workshop, Reading Workshop, and Word Study.
